We found a new little play area not too far from home.  This was actually Justice's first time on a swing, which he seemed to somewhat enjoy, after a little uncertainty.  Just thought I'd share some pictures.

Happy Birthday Justice!

Happy Anniversary to Us!

On Tuesday, we celebrated our 4th anniversary. They have been four very full and life-changing years! As we've faced together a lot of challenges & disappointments, we have changed and grown to love and appreciate each other so much more than when we began. Today we have a lot of joy and we are so blessed. We're enjoying what each new day brings, and we are learning to face whatever comes as a team! We can see that God chose us for each other. Thank you God for changing us, forgiving us, and for being so patient with us. Thank you for giving us such an exciting life and purpose! You have given us an amazing gift in each other. Here are some highlights in numbers (in no particular order):

1 wedding on the beach

1 degree finished

1 broken down front door

1 manta ray sighting

1 sweet little boy!

2 trips to the States

2 pigs with one shot!

2 for 2 for Brian from his bow stand in TX

2 weeks in India with friends

2 baby showers

3 previous anniversary celebrations (in 3 different locations!)

3 different apartments (in our country)

3 different apartments in the States (1 of which was a live-in hotel!)

3+ other short term 'homes' in the States (with family and friends)

4 amazing years together!

I am really behind in posting Justice's walking skills. This clip is from about a month ago when he was first able to make it across the room.

11 Months

11 months going on ...... ONE YEAR! We can't believe this first year is going by so quickly!

Justice now you:

take 2 naps a day

eat 3 meals a day

have tried yogurt and cheese

love to carry around mom or dad's phone

drink from a sippy cup

clap your hands well

love to hug your daddy

love to read stories

try to eat every little thing off the floor

dance when you hear music you recognize

Grandma's Visit

Thank you Grandma for coming to see me! I loved getting to spend time with you; I've missed since you left. I can't wait to see you again!
