Reading

My blossoming young reader is having a lot of fun, and so am I!

He just finished reading this book all on his own.  He was very proud!

Each time he completes reading a book without any help, it goes into his Reading Passport.  Each time he fills a page with "stamps," he can choose a new book from the prize bag.

This is Chef Luke.  This boy loves playing with pots and pans... the toy ones or the real ones.  They make him so happy!

The Farm!

Brian is doing an amazing job with his demonstration farm.  We love visiting him there and seeing the how the plants are growing and changing.

The produce is loaded up onto a truck each week and delivered to refugee families.

Catching Up, Continued

After celebrating Christmas early with family in the States, we returned home for actual Christmas to be with Daddy who had to get back to work at the farm.

The boys got these sheep skins from Daddy.  Pretty exciting, especially in our cold house.

We celebrated with friends in the afternoon over a turkey dinner.

Catching Up

The end of 2014 was very full and very fun.  We had a wonderful, but brief trip to the States.  Here are a few highlights through pictures:

Justice finished his soccer season before we left.  He did a great job and had a lot of fun!

Jet lag!  One of our first days after arriving, we were up before the sun and so we.... went to Walmart, clearly!

Luke in his baby hospital gown.  We praise God for his good health.  His checkup in Boston was excellent.  They were very happy with everything they saw.  The valve we were concerned about is not leaking.

We enjoyed a great visit from Grandmomma...
