A few of my favorite things...

Warm PJ's
My Aggies vest
Rainboots
and drinking tea from the fancy cups with Daddy in the morning.
(Tea=1 drop of tea and a lot of milk).

Snow!

Our first snow! It only happens once every few years, so everyone enjoyed it! Other parts of town had a little more on the ground.

(We didn't build this, just saw it on the side of the road.)
We are anxious for spring to start; it has been a long, cold winter in our cement house!

Braving the Sandstorm

Today we had a crazy weather day. The sky was yellowish orange with almost no visibility, which clued us in to the fact we were having a sandstorm! Oh, and the fact that you could feel sand in your teeth as you talked. Check out the sky color... This was during the middle of the day. Soon after, the sky started to dump reddish brown sleet and then snow.

Looking up

This morning was the first morning in a few days he woke up hungry and got up to play on his own. Hopefully this is the beginning of the end of this terrible thing called Rotavirus. Thanks for all your prayers!

My First Pet

Meet Frosty the white goldfish. Sadly his friends Bubbles and Chuy didn't make it. But Frosty has been a great pet so far...

Sea of Galilee

On a recent family day, we visited some ruins which overlook the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. The view was amazing, and so was the chance to be near the place of Gadara, where Jesus healed someone (Matthew 8:28-34).

The cows were a highlight for Justice...

A mosque nestled in the valley near Golan Heights. For more about this area, check out the movie "The Syrian Bride."
